Eligibility: The giveaway campaign is open to all users of Trovr users, aged 16 years or over, who are residents of the United Kingdom. Participants under the age of 16 may enter the giveaway with the permission of a parent or guardian (winners under the age of 16 will be required to submit an email of permission from a parent or guardian. Employees of Trovr Tech Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
Entry: To enter the giveaway, participants must recycle their single-use drink containers using the participating recycling machines to collect Trovr points. Recycle points can then be exchanged for giveaway entries within the app.
Entry Period: The giveaway campaign will commence on Monday, 3rd of June 2024, and will continue until July 31st 2024. Entries for each daily, bi-weekly, and monthly giveaway will close at 11:59 PM GMT on the respective day.
Prizes: Trovr will award one £5 gift voucher daily, one £25 gift voucher bi-weekly, and one £50 bank transfer monthly. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the specified periods.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected through a random drawing conducted by Trovr or its representatives within seven days following the close of each giveaway period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Notification: Winners will be notified via email within eight days of the draw. Winners must respond to the notification within seven days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Prize Claim: Gift vouchers will be issued electronically to the winners’ registered email addresses. If you have used a private email address to register, we will be unable to add you to the giveaway, you can update your email in the ‘Personal Details’ of your Trovr profile. Bank transfers will be initiated following receipt of banking details to make the payment. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Giveaway winners must abide by the terms and conditions of the retailer who is providing the voucher. I.e. vouchers T&Cs and Retailers T&Cs.
Publicity: By participating in the giveaway, participants grant Trovr Tech Ltd the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
General Conditions: Trovr Tech Ltd reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time without prior notice. By entering, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Trovr Tech Ltd, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
Governing Law: The giveaway is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or related to the giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK.
